How it works for hospitals

  1. Apply — free. We check your details and may phone you.
  2. We agree your fee for each request you open and confirm it by email before Book Appointment and Refer a case go live.
  3. Requests arrive by email and on your private page (you can switch to one summary a day, or no emails). You first see the pet type, the reason and the time — no names or contact details.
  4. You pay only when you press View. Then you see the pet owner's contact details and contact them.

We review every application before it is published, usually within a few business days, and we may phone or email you. This form is not for emergencies. Hospital terms and Privacy.

We collect the hospital name, country, address, phone, hospital email, contact name, whether you are open 24 hours, the specialties you choose from our list of 16, and equipment. Contact role, how you heard about us, and a note are optional. Equipment is optional. Emergency phone is required if you are open 24 hours, otherwise optional. We do not collect licence numbers on this form. We use this to review your application and, if approved, to publish a directory listing. Required fields must be filled in or the application will not send. Recipients: the site operator and our service providers (database, hosting, and email).
